Timothy Bearden (R-Villa Rica) after hearing almost two hours of testimony and arguments.

Now, this is just a refusal to grant a preliminary injunction. However, if you read the Brady Campaign (who's staff members are not child molesters... yet), you'd think that the White-Out™ had already dried over the second line of the Bill of Rights.
Nobody is arguing about packing heat in the sterile area. But the old man who's waiting on his wife to arrive with his Bersa shoved comfortably in his Thunderwear is not a threat to anyone.
