In my experience, portliness and paddle holsters don't go together well. That's why I use IWB for my .38 and a regular belt holster for my 9.

It has an impossible-to-slip-off-accidentally belt clip, and a nifty storage spot for an extra clip on the front. I use this, and Ted just switched from the Fobus to the Uncle Mike's as well.

They call it an "inside the pants" holster but it works just as well turned out and hooked over a belt.

I'm not rotund, but no one has ever called me skinny...ever.

That being said, I have a Blackhawk CQC SERPA paddle holster that I think is the bees knees. That being said, Blackhawk doesn't have an entry under that holster for the Px4, but it's possible one of their models might be the right size/shape for it.
