I think this is one of the most ignorant things I've read on gun ownership to date

Do proponents of gun ownership really feel they are protected simply by owning a gun? It seems to me that to be really protected one would need to have the gun accessible at all times.

Maybe we’ll eventually have to return to the Wild West and carry guns in holsters. It could make for a booming gun holster business. They could be designed for men and women and come in various colors and designs. They would have to be worn at all times in all places.

Then it would come down to who is the quickest on the draw.

"It could make for a booming gun holster business. They could be designed for men and women and come in various colors and designs."

God, she'd pee her pants if she did a quick google search for "holster" And they make them for Men and women too, and I'm currently wairing one because my gun isn't worth much if it isn't accessable to me.

It appears she's afraid of reality, and yet she doesn't even know it.

Whatta dippity-doo! I like it when people advertise their stupidity, it eliminates guesswork.

Retuening to the "wild west" would'nt be a bad idea in my opinion. We'd have a lot less crime and a politer society.

Didn't the wild west have a lower murder rate than the curent national average?

Michael hawkins: I know that I'd prefer 19th century Dodge city to 21st century Boston or LA if just homicide was a concern.

As jaw-dropping ignorant as that is, I guess I don't see it that far out of line with most of the spewing coming from the antis these days.

The one that's been getting to me lately is the sudden shock that some seem to be having when they learn that you don't need a license or background check to buy ammo.

"Not only can people buy guns, but now they can purchase ammunition for them, too!"

I personally think she has put forward an excellent suggestion and we should take her advice.

The wild west had a lower homicide rate than the civilized east at that time, as well.

Ms AKright ha. Someone should tell her name and the name of one of the most widely used guns in the world are similar, maybe she'll change it to Ms Headinthesandright.

Mary Lou, the brady campaign called, they want their talking points back.
