My guess is that the driver pulled out of the West Columbia UPS depot, then realized he forgot his morning cup of coffee, and had to turn around.

Either that, or UPS knows you've been refreshing the page hundreds of times a minute, so they thought it would be funny to screw with you. Frankly, if I were trying to mess with someone, I would have added the line "East Timor 04/24/2008 7:16 A.M. Arrival Scan".

Heh... one time I lived in Atlanta, and literally watched the package enter Atlanta, leave Atlanta, enter Jacksonville, FL, leave Jacksonville, and come back to Atlanta... all in the course of a single day. I have no idea how someone could have managed to get that lost...
