You know my story about the Hello Kitty AR-15?
Not only did Will Pafford, the author of the Alligator story remove the comment of the creator of the rifle, he removed the image and lied about his reasons
Editor's Note: As per request from the company who is making the Hello Kitty rifle, we have taken down the image.
David (the rifle's painter) explains
" I offered the Alligator two choices, one choice was to talk with me and add some balance to this article and the other choice was to remove the image. It appears they have made their choice, and they also chose to delete my original comments and the comments of others. Yep, that is some great jounalistic integrity indeed you have there. Is this what they are teaching at universities these days? "
Company? David is a company? That's one hell of a sole proprietorship.
However, the image removal isn't the big story here, the fact that Will Pafford was given the opportunity to correct the errors in his article and instead decided to double down. Judging from other articles by Will Pafford, I'd say this is par for the course.
Will Pafford is a poor excuse for a journalist. Instead of striving for truth he appears to be striving for a fixed point of view, one that cannot be altered with pesky facts.
Which means he'll fit perfectly into the MSM.
