Personally, I'm a fan of Birchwood Casey gun scrubber, after using the butane torch to get most of it off.

Had a trip out to the range and yeah ... it's going to hurt. Thankfully it's cold enough that a big puffy jacket absorbs the blow a great deal.

Wasn't able to hit a damn thing with it, but I think that'll get better as I get comfy with the sights. Now to settle on a name!

I've heard people say, "don't name a gun, it's an inanimate object - a tool." That makes perfect sense to me, just don't let Balthazaar my circular saw hear you say it, he's sensitive about these kinds of things.
