I hit the range at least once a week. I've found I enjoy shooting the Ruger Mark III 22/45 because .22 is less tiring, I don't have to search for the brass, and I can get 550 rounds for $11. With the new red dot sight on it, it even looks kind of nice.
However, I have to shoot the 10mm at least every other week to stay up with it. Unfortunately I broke a part on my press and haven't been able to make ammunition for it for the past two weeks. The part should be in any day, but I'm out so I'm sticking with the .22.
The good thing is I don't need to shoot more than 50 10mm at a time which lowers my overall cost significantly. I'm going to try loading some .38 Specials to see if I can use the lead bullets I purchased (500 of...) since loading them in .357 Magnum was too much and obturated the rifling.
No Sasha for me tonight. Got plenty of ammo, I just don't feel like cleaning her again so soon. Nor do I want a sore shoulder tomorrow ;)
And tonight, I MUST take a hat.
