It was kinda funny how it happened. The Mrs. was feeding her (it's pureed chicken and sweet potato, by the way) and Irelyn reached a point where she simply wasn't having any more. So in frustration my wife put down the bowl and Irelyn decided she'd eat it so long as she could shovel it into her mouth with her hands.

Irelyn's sick, so she's a little fussy when it comes to eating right now. Normally, she'll chow down on anything you give her (minus cottage cheese. Neither of my girls like cottage cheese.).

For being sick, she sure looks spunky. She's got that "come closer Daddy, so I can touch the lens" look in her eyes.

And her sister is all sunshine and giggles in that picture.
