I love to cook and I also love to use salt. I use Kosher salt rather than table salt because it’s easier to handle and the coarse texture makes it easier to see when I put on food.
I also enjoy watching Good Eats with Alton Brown on the Food Network. All through the years, I watch Alton deliver his salt one pinch at a time from a great little salt cellar and for years I’ve searched high and low for one just like it. For Valentine’s day, my wife got me one.

Bless her little heart! I’m so @$%!’ing domesticated I’m ecstatic over kitchenware, but at least I’m happy.
