This is my dopplebock in all her glory. Seriously thick head. Smoooooooth. Malty. If it were a tad bit less malty, I’d be tempted to lie and call it a stout.

Very pretty! Puts me in the mind to start brewing up some oatmeal stout. This is the season for home brewing too, nice and cool in the laundry room. Better order a couple of carboys and some grain!
