Logic and the ATM's from which it escapes

So I pulled cash out of this ATM today.

The first screen asks you to select English or Español.

I select English.

All the screens continue to be in both.

I’ve selected Español before, and all the screens are 100% in Spanish.

Go figure.

It's clearly bigoted, expecting that if you can speak English, you can speak Spanish, but not vice-versa. Where's the ACLU when you need them?
