I tried Googling Virginia Timmay, but nothing interesting seemed to come up. Then I tried just Timmay.

I never get anything to do with South Park. The show is hopless for me, because I can't hear the voices clearly. I guess the characters talk right where the sirens used to blare.

I am so hopeless.

There was a retarded kid in a wheelchair named Timmy on Southpark. The only thing he could say was his name, which was screamed 'TIMMAAAY'.
