Have your water heater catch fire....

Apparently a pipe that carries hot water from the AC exchange popped a little hole in it and it drained inside the electrical elements. The top thermostat's hot side shorted out, catching the insulation on fire. The house smells lovely, I tell you.

What really bothers me is that it didn't pop the circuit breaker. At least we were home when it happened and could shut off the power.

Have I mentioned how bad it smells in here? Almost makes you welcome baby poop.
