The Mrs. & I would like to extend our lanai. To do so requires laying a slab of concrete as well as taking up a few plants, a rock bed, and moving some sprinkler heads. I do not wish to do this myself. I would gladly pay someone to do it for me.
Out of the 12 people we have called and left messages one got back with us and that asshole never even showed up to give us the estimate.
Here I am with a gob of cash ready to give away and I can’t find anyone interested enough in earning it.
