What did you think of the bloggers' role in the Dan Rather affair?

I think they did a disservice to the debate because they made the debate about the documents and not about ass f***ing. There was another half to that story that had to do with inserting various cooking utensils where the sun doesn't shine (unless your Jessica Cutler, then there's usually plenty of sun shine available since it's out there for the whole world to see).
