Well, it looks like I'm in the middle of a hurricane.....again...

Jeanne is starting to show herself around the house. The rain is coming at us sideways and the trees are starting to lose the branches that managed to hold on during Frances.

Please keep in mind that SaaM is a home-grown blog so if I lose power (like I did during Frances), we'll be offline. Bear with me as we weather the storm.

We survived. No power interruption, minimal damage to the homestead. Here's a view from my front porch during the worst of it (click for a larger view)
