Folks, this is big. I wasn't all into the whole 'birther' thing, but I just received this fax that proves beyond a shadow of a doubt that Obama is not eligible to be President of the United States.
This is an exclusive document found only here at Sharp as a Marble! I have verified its authenticity and feel that this is too important to keep quiet over.

I don't believe this to be real or proves anything nor does it matter. If you do your research you'll find that even if he was born in Africa that he still meets the criteria as stated in the Constitution as a "natural born citizen" because he is BORN a US citizen because of his mother as opposed to a naturalized citizen. John McCain was born in Panama but hardly anyone questioned his eligibility.

This is interesting, but with no background about who sent it, where it is from, and what these people are talking about, it is meaningless.

It shouldn't be difficult to compare the font used on this memo to the ones available at the time. Until this is done, there is no point in speculative or prejudicial comments. Personally, I consider it unlikely that anyone will come up with a smoking gun, but who knows?

Anyone born to an American parent is a natural-born American citizen. Obama's mother was Stanley Ann Durham, an American citizen. His roots go back far before the American Revolution, and his ancestors spilled their blood to win freedom from England. Get real. He could have been born on the moon and he would still have been an American citizen. This is a complete non-issue -- and before anyone implies that his mother is not his mother, look at his long jawline and chin and at his mom's and maternal grandfather's.

Doesnt matter if he had American parents...in order to be president he had to be born on American soil...look up the law. People born to American parents overseas in the military are not eligible if they were born over there. They are considered American Citizens but not eligible to hold the office of the President.

Remember the whole Joe the Plumber debacle? In that case a private citizen had his private life investigated and exposed for daring to assert that then presidential candidate Barack Obama might have some economic policies that weren't in the best of tradition of the free enterprise system that had has made America still the envy of the rest of the world by a government employee. I, and most others, spoke out against that so to stay consistent I must say that these guys shouldn't have done this either without some sort of justification, however I do find it odd that they get suspended right away after an inquiry from the Secret Service.
The United States Secret Service notified county officials that DeKalb County computer equipment was utilized to do a query on the President.
Such behavior, said William “Miz” Miller, DeKalb Public Safety director, is not to be tolerated.
The message should be clear. If you are going to do this sort of thing you need to be prepared for Big Brother to come a knocking. It no longer seems to matter whether you do this from home or work, a well placed phone call will find you on the wrong side of the powers that be.

Wrong. If a person is born of two American Citizens anywhere in the world, they are natural-born citizens (that is, citizens at birth) and eligible to serve as President. The 'no travel list' that supposedly required foreign passports for entry to listed countries. Big ol' BOOSHEET! The list was to inform travelers of countries that might be dangerous for Americans to travel in. There were no restrictions on travel. America didn't stop anybody from traveling to countries on the list and the countries weren't turning away people with American passports. IDIOTS!
