For some, it looks as though "Never again" has changed slightly to "For us, never again. For others....?"

Sadly, a majority of the Jewish people that I have known in my life time were "Why would you ever need a gun?" types (usually with a side order of "nobody is out to get you"), all while getting all misty eyed with the "Never Again" stuff. They just don't see how an armed, free populace is the only way to ensure "Never Again" in the event that something like what they are "Never Again"-ing were to actually... you know... start to happen again. Yes, awareness and political pressure SHOULD be enough, but then again, it was a political movement that started that horrid piece of history in the first place.
