Look at my last post, now look back to this one
Now back to my last post. Now to this one you plan 2 fight against the 99 we lop heads off a few white kids you will fall in line Two threats do not a trend make, but remember there are plenty of those out there who consider your life worth nothing if it is of no use to them and while some of them may be utter cowards who talk a big game online but would run at the first sign of resistance, some of them aren’t. And for that, I have one response Remember, I got disqualified at my last...

Some of these people mean to do you harm
Miguel over at Gun Free Zone has a twitter conversation with one of the Occupy Wall Street goons. What said goon tells him is nothing short than chilling -@anarcosocialist You guys want to tax “the rich” 90% of what they make. So what happens when “the rich” stop generating revenue? -@GunFreeZone the vast majority will fall in line the others will be forced to keep working. its very simple -@anarcosocialist what do you mean they can’t? How are you gonna force them if they don’t...

Kind of hard to round up people into the box cars when they can shoot your ass
Seems to be a common, lefty view. Anyone who doesn’t believe exactly as you do should be rounded up and ‘reeducated’ Many times I’ve riffed on a dark, delicious fantasy about rounding up Tea Bagger types and sentencing them to green re-education camps for minimum one-year terms. Now, maybe it’s selection bias, but the right leaning web sites that tend to call for similar things are considered kooky by even the right leaning folks. For the left, this seems to be a common thread. Notice...

The struggle to remain objective
So, my blog mama discusses the impending implosion of the far-right and how they're already turning into the far-left they so despise Hey, right wingers? You have become the people you hate. You have become everything you screamed at people for being in 2004. You are running around claiming that Obama cheated, lied and bought his way to the White House. Looking around the blogosphere and its comments I see the words slimy, corrupt, devil, Antichrist, communist, evil, Stalin, Lenin, Hitler....

About my service to my country
RNS has another "Support the Troops, BUT.." article I’m not going to quote the guy, since in his first paragraph he denotes just how out of touch the radical left is, and it is just plain embarrassing. Put simply, his point is thus: They won’t admit to it, but because that book’s author and I believe it, anyone who says they joined to serve their country or for other patriotic reasons is a liar. They may not know they’re liars, but since neither the author or I can picture “Service” or...

I have no idea what to say
Really... Woman sat on toilet for 2 years It appeared the 35-year-old Ness City woman's skin had grown around the seat, said Ness County Sheriff Bryan Whipple. The woman initially refused emergency medical services but was finally convinced by responders and her boyfriend that she needed to be checked out at a hospital. "We pried the toilet seat off with a pry bar and the seat went with her to the hospital," Whipple said. "The hospital removed it." ... "She was not glued. She was not tied. She...

Quote of the day - From one mother to another edition

Another must see movie
Shooting Michael Moore No, not with firearms, but with cameras. By a guy who grew up with him. Seems interesting. According to the trailer, Moore actually owns Halliburton and Pfizer stock*. I guess it's ok for the health care system to screw over the little guys as long as fat ass can make a few bucks filming them as well as getting his dividends. *At least according to this guy. I didn't verify it personally and the stocks might be part of some portfolio package. But if true, how sweet the...

David has a point
I wasn't going to comment on "Father" Mike Pfleger's plea to an unruly mob to kill another human being because other's have. I especially wasn't going to comment on the taxation laws that St. Sabina ("Father" Pfleger's church) seem to be breaking because I'm not a tax law person. But David Codrea has a point - it doesn't take much to look into and see that St. Sabina is actively breaking the tax laws afforded to non-profit entities and churches. If a church wishes to combat gun violence, then...

The leftist mindset
I work with one of the most leftist people you could imagine. Not only does he sport Impeach Bush! bumperstickers, but even had a vanity plate made for impeachment as well. He walked by my cube today and on the Mac I had a nice picture of Earth as the background. The picture just happens to have North America in view, which he complained about with a very snide "That's a very North American Centric picture don't you think?" comment. Everything to this man is politics. I don't think it would be...

Jeff, gently bashing a troll who extols the virtues of polls* Appeals to the American people might pass as evidence in your world, but me, I remember that “Full House” ran for close to a decade, so I’m not really all that enamored with bandwagon appeals. *I'm dead serious when I say I did not mean for that to rhyme.

Never mind, THIS is the quote of the day
Lileks, responding to the Ass Plow known as Billy Arkin of the WaPo It’s almost as if the actual troops think they have some sort of absolute moral authority to have an opinion, and this gives them the right to express themselves without considering the impact that might have on people who disagree. They do have a moral authority, but only when they’re killed, and it transfers immediately to the closest relative who disagreed with the mission.

Oh, but they absolutely "Support the Troops"
My ass. Overheard some lefties at work just a minute ago speaking about the military. Well, what else happens when you give guns to a bunch of trailer park troops? I can just feel the support. I kept calm and just walked away. I don't appear military any more, and even when I was in people had a hard time believing I was a Marine. But with my nephew shipping off in a week or so and my Brother-In-Law resigning up with the Navy, I'm trying to figure out a way to accidentally "forget" about my...

Liars. Each and every one of them
They no more 'support the troops' than Tom Cruise supports anti-depressant use. It's been said before, but I will repeat it here because it pisses me off to no end. You cannot support the troops unless you support their mission - The troops are their mission! The troops are the ones pulling the triggers. They are the ones guiding the bombs. They are the ones planning the attacks. If you disagree with what's going on, then you do not support the troops, period. It is intellectually dishonest to...

About that faked Reuters photo
In case you’ve been like me and pretty much unplugged over the weekend, Reuters has been caught publishing photographs that have been tampered with. The scariest part is that this particular photo was simply a shitty Photoshop job. As a wedding photographer, I use Photoshop to open people's eyes, take off that last minute zit, and even move people closer to each other. When I am done, there isn't the slightest hint that anything ever changed. For example, a friend of my wife's recently...

Mohammed was a prophet, kinda like Malachi or Zephaniah is in Biblical terms. Therefore, comparing insults to Mohammed to insults to Jesus isn't quite accurate. So maybe soaking a crucifix in urine is ok, but talk smack about Habbakuk and you'd better prepare for Pat Roberts to offer $1M for your head?

Why politicians should be outlawed
So, I found a story about the dangers of toxins in breast milk and a commenter replied with this link Rocket fuel in breast milk (lettuce, and drinking water too) First, I just want to clarify something. While I’m appreciative of the link, it’s very misleading. It’s not rocket fuel, but a chemical that happens to be used in rocket fuel. You can’t grab a lactating woman, squeeze her breast, and power the space shuttle with the results. However, that aside, I read...

Behold the healing power of Saint Sheehan
Many of you out there do not recognize the power of faith. Foolish are those who do not understand how divine intervention can change the physical world in which we live. For example, Sharp as a Marble had fallen upon hard times in the Truth Laid Bear ecosystem. Fewer and fewer people found their way onto my steps and my ranking had dropped considerably over the past few months. There are those who say I should work harder, that I should put more effort into my blog if I want people...

Mrs. Sheehan was recently bestowed the highest honor the Left can...

A note of clarification on Cindy Sheehan
Because of the sheer number of posts regarding Cindy Sheehan and some confusion that has followed, I figured I should point something out. Cindy Sheehan (left) is no relation to Billy Sheehan (right) One has throngs of screaming fans, a burning desire to make it big on the stage, and whose eccentric behavior could easily be attributed to the stresses of instant popularity. The other is a former bass player for Mr. Big.

Don't like it at all. I feel dirty for watching it. First major complaint is that Michael Moore, while being very popular on the left, is not a representative of the Democrat Party. The ad might as well have shown a video clip of the man on the street saying “Bushitler lied”. Second, the MoveOn ads aren't official Democrat videos.
