When the fire is one of freedom, you want it to spread. NRA is alerting members on two bills proceeding in Pennsylvania. One is a bill to give some teeth to our preemption provision, HB1523, sponsored by Daryl Metcalfe. This bill does not go nearly as far as the Florida law, but at least puts the municipality on the hook for legal fees and damages. HB45 was an amazing piece of work. Kind of hard to round up people into the box cars when they can shoot your ass

Seems to be a common, lefty view. Hand in hand

It’s almost a cliché in the gunnie circles that “The Second protects the First”. I’m a firm believer in the saying because there’s a lot of truth to it. Dr. Suzanna Gratia Hupp once said How a politician stands on the Second Amendment tells you how he or she views you as an individual… as a trustworthy and productive citizen, or as part of an unruly crowd that needs to be lorded over, controlled, supervised, and taken care of.
