Seems to me, if you get robbed at gunpoint, shoot back, you should take the dead goblin's wallet/purse. That makes you a goblin. Then you get a candle too. Two candles! Everybody gets a candle today.

What if I'm minding my own business, robbing somebody at gunpoint, and he pulls a gun on me? I had absolutely no intention of shooting him before, but now I have to shoot him in self-defense.

How many candles is that? Is I break a long candle into smaller candles, is that a force multiplier?
