Each year, millions of people come up with silly resolutions for the new year that never seem to come to fruition. Lose 10 pounds, get that gym membership, thaw the bodies from the deep freezer, etc. but somehow, the months slide by and the weight stays on, the gym only sees you once, and every time you try to toss in a bag of frozen peas, you curse yourself under your breath as there is no more room.
I’m not going to bore you with my personal resolutions. Nosireebob. I’m going to bore you with my Gunnie resolutions
Buy no more guns – That’s right, you heard me. No more guns this year. I have enough heaters & boomsticks for now. What I need is my 2nd resolution Get training – What good is a safe full of guns if I can’t shoot them well? Instead of spending money on a new blast-o-matic, I’m going to look into getting some sort of training instead. Upgrade my reloading bench – Right now, I have a Lee Turret. It takes too long to load too few rounds and I just don’t find myself sitting at the bench because of it. I’ve got some spare change building up, and I’m thinking on going the Dillon route. Make C Class in Limited – I’ve watched my video from last month and looked at my scores. There’s no reason I can’t, with a little effort an possibly some training, make at least C class by the years end.
