Gun Shy Tourist has a link to a story about how in Jolly Old England, people defending their lives risk jail time for their act.  Despicable isn’t a strong enough word to describe that.

And speaking of despicable, the Brady Campaign, who likes to promote themselves as a ‘violence prevention’ group is equally reprehensible as they actively desire that you and your family become victims of violence rather than be able to fight back effectively. When Florida residents were protected by law for defending themselves (aka Castle Doctrine) the Bradys collectively wet themselves and spent a good portion of their finances putting up billboards like this

The Brady Campaign prefers safe criminals

That’s right – the Brady Campaign to Ensure the Safety of Violent Criminals was so worried that people might use guns to defend the lives of their families that they put up billboards in an attempt to scare people so badly they’d turn around and skip their vacation… or something.

The Brady Campaign, as well as the VPC and other gun banning organizations, are sick, immoral groups. Thankfully their influence is just shy of the KKK’s, and that’s the way bigots should be treated.
