I once won a bar bet, when I postulated that Sriracha sauce would have its own Wikipedia entry, and my buddies mocked me.

Years ago, when this stuff wasn't available all over the USA, I thought it would be neat to move to Florida and set up a restaurant serving shrimp cocktails made with Rooster sauce instead of regular cocktail sauce. It's addictive!
