Lie, lie, lie, lie, and lie
In a September 12, 2011 article for Bloomberg.com, writer John Crewdson has admitted to committing willful perjury in order to obtain a Florida concealed weapon/firearm license, a second degree misdemeanor under Florida statutes. … Before the application could be approved however, Mr. Crewdson had to answer "YES" to question 6, which asks, "Have you received training with a firearm as required by Section 790.06(2)(h), Florida Statutes, relating to competency with a firearm?" He also was required to have his signature notarized affirming that he had been furnished a copy of Chapter 790, Florida Statutes, relating to weapons and firearms, and that he was knowledgeable of the provisions contained therein.

He did so to ‘prove’ you could legally obtain a Florida Concealed Carry Permit even if you were out of state, and he had to do so illegally. Which kind of kills his point.
Now, many in the anti-gun world equate it can be done with it’s perfectly legal; i.e. because someone sells crack cocaine, it must be legal to do so! As is so often with the anti’s, they are so desperate to prove how easy it is to obtain weaponry and permits, they break the laws to do so then have the temerity to claim the laws aren’t strong enough. I’m pretty sure Mr. Crewdson will be the first to bitch about how strong the laws are when he starts getting hassled for his crime.
This is what we’re up against, men and women with no morals or scruples, who will lie to their dying mothers (or dance on the graves of the dead) to score points on a game they have no chance at winning.
