It's a "kit car", built on a another car. The VIN isn't a Lambo VIN and the lines and windows aren't right. It's amazing what somepeople can do in their shop. http://lamborghinikitcar.com/

Yeah, that thing's an obvious fake. The lines are all wrong and the wheel wells are blatant. So no worries about budget busting.
