I admit I like the look of the KelTec, but the price tag puts me off. Plus, I’d like to see it around for a while to get the bugs out of the system. I know Caleb has a hate-on for KelTec, but he pointed out a pretty good deal killer with the trigger not resetting. I hear they’ve fixed that.

They have fixed the trigger, along with listening to some other constructive criticism (pump lock switch, a hand stop on the pump, and witness holes in the magazines).

I dunno, a certain Farming Father we both know ordering the RFB off his range because of potentially dangerous malfunctions seems to have dulled my interest in their new-fangled products.

I am glad that they fixed the trigger. I don't hate Kel-Tec, that's far from the truth. I do not like it when any company, Kel-Tec or otherwise releases a sub-par product that their consumers have to do initial QC for. I don't like it when a company rolls out a product at SHOT that you can't get for six months to a year. Based on the number of PMR-30s and RFBs in the wild, I wouldn't hold my breath on the KSG.

I honestly believe that if Kel-Tec spent all the money it took to make the RFB, the PMR-30, the KSG, on refining their existing guns so that they worked to the quality of other polymer pistols on the market that they'd be much better off as a company.
