See, I find it beautiful because it has a "Blade Runner" vibe going for it.

Alas, the most I got was to manhandle one at the gun store, and that's about as close to having one as I will get.

Concealed Carry Magazine had a good review in the last issue. An actual honest review that pointed out the bad as well as the good. My takeaways:

Good: significantly lower perceived recoil and muzzle flip.

Bad: horrible trigger that kills accuracy, and a design that makes it tough to use for those with short or thick fingers.

It is my understanding that Chiappa fixed the trigger.

I have long fingers, not necessarily thick ones. The trigger felt fine for me when I dry fired it, but that was one single pull.

I think if they made a nickel version of the 4" that didn't have the rail, I'd be all over it. As it is, I'm just mightily tempted. The Mateba I had was impractical, but this stokes all those Trigun vibes once again.

They not only fixed the trigger, but they actually offer drop-in replacements if you want different weights/feels. ...If you have the money to buy them after snagging one of these, that is.

*sigh* Want want want, but I just scratched my .357 wheelie itch, and Better Half might have some unkind things to say if I go and do it again...
