What caliber for "Insane, crazy stalker"?

IMHO, any caliber works, but go for broke.

Jeff, I hope you have at least a 12g shotgun handy in your house. At some point, Deb Frisch is going to act on her impulses.

I want you anti's who read me to pay close attention to that posting. I will give you a little background. Deb Frisch is insane and an alcoholic to boot. She latched on to Jeff Goldstein's blog and threatened his son. Death threats, if I recall correctly. Jeff sought out legal action against her and got a permanent restraining order. Frisch has been arrested on various charges and yet still roams the streets. And now she's threatened Jeff's 70 year old mother.

Did I mention she's still walking around, free? The problem isn't guns, the problem is our judicial system that lets whack-jobs like Deb Frisch and criminals with rap sheets measured in banker's boxes walk free while our prisons are full of people who had an 11 round magazine in MA or got caught enjoying themselves too much with a banned plant.

Yep, that's my advice when people encounter shit like this (and man I wish it wasn't common) #1. Get a Restraining Order #2 Get a gun. Preference is always for a concealable gun and a carry permit, because you aren't just going to sit around home all day with a shotgun beside you.

Of Course in Maryland such a request will most often be denied.

The Police will do as much in their power to help you, but they generally can't do much, and places like Maryland and Massachusetts aren't going to make it very easy for you to help yourself.

As far as I've been able to tell, the only real use to a protective order is that it shows cause when you finally have to defend yourself.

I don't know what Jeff has to worry about. He has a restraining order. It's a well known fact that people with restraining orders aren't allowed to get guns, or come anywhere near the person. Clearly he is safe, thanks to our friend Senator Lautenberg.

Since this Maryland and Baltimore,and there are kids in the house, I recommend a Gunvault upstairs, downstairs, and in the garage, with the most firepower pistols the State will allow one to own. Since this broad is off her meds, and drinking, and her parents have wrote her off, when She makes a move, it'll take a lot of lead to put her down. And don't leave the kids alone for a minute!
