Sarah says
I gave Bro my Mil Pro because his finances have been tight for a while; he just couldn’t swing a gun of his own. Now he has the one that I trusted enough to carry for roughly three years. Hey, he has a wife to think about. He needs to be able to protect her (she’s not 21 yet, so no public carry/totin’ permit for her yet). Mom bought him cleaning supplies for it and I will be shipping him the Crossbreed holster after he gets back from the honeymoon.
The anti's only have tragedy to cling to to sell their wares. They promise helplessness while we can provide comfort and the ability to protect oneself. They take a negative experience and weave it into a hairshirt for all to wear, while we offer the very means to fight back so that it doesn't happen again. And in Sarah's case, we can pass on that freedom with a simple gift.
Can you imagine a similar situation with Peter Hamm's family?
I took my Bro's guns away because his finances have been tight for a while; he could get despondent because of his cash flow. Now, he trusts his life to the same thing I've been preaching for years – sheer luck. He has a wife to think about. He needs her to be as helpless as he is (she's not 21 yet so she's not mature enough to handle a gun anyway). Mom brought him literature from 1987 showing lots of made up statistics and I will be shipping him a copy of Every Handgun is Aimed at You after he gets back from the honeymoon.

Hmm...maybe I should get Bro a copy of "Every Handgun is Aimed at You." Y'know, so that he can shoot up a book without feeling guilty about destroying anything valuable.
How about pirating an e-book version of it, then deleting it?
