I love the design of the site, love the weaponry, and really, really wonder if that magazine and feeding system could really work. It's a fascinating concept, and if anyone actually built this sucker, they'd sell 'em like hot cakes. Lord knows I'd have to consider a second mortgage if that's what it took.

Forgot where I originally found it, but I was reminded of this by Everyday, No Days Off

For something like that, I would even spring for the atrocious SBR tax, especially given that it implements something similar to the KRISS' counterweight system.

Offhand, I would say that the magazine would only work with shouldered ammunition, which kind of sucks for a PDW, but who knows?

From the orientation of the ammunition, it appears that the cartridge will be loaded backwards. Otherwise there is some fancy (wasted space) mechanism to flip it the correct way.

Watch the animation at the bottom. It's flipped properly over the space where the bolt head slides down. Not wasted at all, and in fact, quite ingenious.

You know, if they can make a semi-auto-only version without the flip up stock and foregrip, that'd make a pistol no more weird to own than a Deagle.

Why are you guys getting moist over this now? Ion storm put that gun into deus ex ten years ago*. So maybe the magazine wasn't see through and the entire thing had a grenade launcher slug under, but the design is basically the same thing.
