Ask yourself again why anti-RKBA activists are so violent. Hey, Josh has one of only a few FFLs in DC, so you know he has easy access to firearms.

Probably the very last case released of the term. Heller was June 26th, 2008

kinda ticks me off, but here is the logic:

1. Once appointed for life, they take marching orders from no one.

2. The supremes try very hard to get all the press they can. They want coverage for every case, and they don't want minor cases ignored by the press in favor of landmark cases. The ones you care about will be released last.

3. They like to see you squirm.

Here's MacDonald:

Second amendment applies to the states.

Same Heller standards- can't make it a crime to possess firearms generally.

Anything less than a general ban will be considered reasonable regulation.

It means the same thing Heller did, almost nothing at all by itself.
