There doesn't seem to be any restaurants that advertise a 10% discount if you go there disarmed. Unlike our side, where there are BBQ joints that give a discount for open carry.

I wonder something. Here in Florida, OC is verboten. But on private property, I don't see why it would be. I wonder if a restaurant could do the same thing and not fall afoul of the law.

Its a smart idea on the part of the management. Just like places that give discounts or perks to cops, its good for everybody to have lawfully armed patrons.

Is there a link to your image set? Are you letting folks use them for free, like a Creative Commons license? Sad panda, PSH, etc. are all really handy.

Because you can only open carry under specific circumstances like competition, hunting, etc. The law about private property says that you may open carry in your home or place of business, but does not say that you may open carry in someone else's place of business.
