Gura didn't come across as strong as I had expected him to. He seemed a little un-prepared (to me anyway) but he ended strong enough.

On the other hand, did it look to anyone else like for a while during his argument that Feldman was actually arguing FOR incorporation rather than against it?

I was also surprised that Sotomayor seemed to be considering the incorporation argument, at least a little. Time will tell. I would have expected her to be way on the other end of the argument with both fingers in her ears.
