As a celebration.
Now, don't get me wrong. I don't consider Scott Brown the ultimate champion of liberty. He's not. As Bill Quick describes him
It wouldn’t be possible in Massachusetts, for instance. Mitt Romney couldn’t have beaten Marsha Coakley. Sarah Palin could not have. Certainly Mike Huckabee couldn’t have. And Ron Paul would have been laughed out of the state. Scott Brown, a moderate, Rockefeller-style Republican, was the only sort of candidate who stood a chance, and so, because he was so important to halting socialized medicine, he deserved our utmost support.
Alas, this is politics where the perfect is the enemy of the good. In this case, I sincerely supported Brown because above all else, he was sand to be thrown in the gears of the naked power grab going on in Washington. I'm a fan of gridlock. While Scott Brown isn't going to singlehandedly wipe out every last trace of socialism in the US, he's a damn fine monkey wrench that's going to not only halt the machine, but serve as a warning to others.
No. Seat. Is. Safe.
I'm also stand firmly by Bill when he says
So, okay. Tonight, get tipsy, feel cocky, and enjoy the sound of leftist lamentations. Then, tomorrow: Back to work. We have a country - and the future - to take back from the crumbling left and the sclerotic GOP. Let’s get to it!

Scott Brown's win over Coakely wasn't the final buzzer, it simply was a starting gun letting us know it's time to get busy.
Ironically, the Word of the Day I subscribe to from Merriam Webster is
Augean stable \aw-JEE-un-STAY-bul\ noun : a condition or place marked by great accumulation of filth or corruption
Time to clean house, I guess.
