Tattoos

But I'm dying to get more ink. Now that I've broken the rule of "All tattoos must be in places that can be hidden by shorts, socks, and a t-shirt", I've got a lot more canvas to work on. I really want to get a partial sleeve / shoulder tat, and my calves are open as well.

Too bad it costs money. Otherwise, I'd be all over it.

Most women mutilate themselves with earrings. Many people mutilate themselves by getting crowns on their teeth (you have to grind down the tooth first!) or various dental work. You mutilate yourself when you shave, clip your fingernails, or trim your hair.

You know what the difference is between people with tattoos and people without? People with tattoos don't care if you don't have any.

It is too bad tattoos moved from fringe loonies to the mainstream. It used to be that I could tell who is half a bubble off level by their tattoos. Now, people I think highly of have them.

Darn! Another shortcut gone. I have to listen to what people say and think, actually think, about their ideas. Double Darn!!

That's exactly the problem. A dry level doesn't prevent any particular alignment. It just removes a handy reference point for effortless evaluation.

The really attractive thing about tattoos is that, as you get older, the letters disappear into your skin folds and younger people have to actually touch you to spread out the letters to see what the tattoo says. Without tattoos, they (young people) would never touch you.

The idea that tats cost money is just a lie. Look at all the prison tattoos. You could do great things with objects Thomas Jefferson could have used to create tattoos. I say "Go for it!"
