Say Uncle's got a link to a Republican senator's Chief of Staff claiming that watching straight porn will turn you gay.

I'm not exactly thrilled with the Democrats, and I'm more than happy to boot them out. But for Pete's sake, you gotta give me something to replace them with. Just because a Republican is slightly less prone to violate rights (oh… they DO so love to violate them though, don't get me wrong), doesn't mean they're the answer to what ails you.

As I said over at Uncle's – It's a case of out of the frying pan and into the crock pot.

Yep. The GOP is a slower march to socialism, but we're still marchimg towards it.

This country is doomed to become a socialist nation. Freedom is long gone.

Why can't we have a strong-defense Fiscal Conservative that votes "make up your own mind" on social issues that don't directly interfere with the Fiscal Conservation mandate?

It's not even so much that they're less prone (and if so, only slightly, as you said), just that they're prone to violate different rights.
