Sadly, we've still got 3.75 years left of this nonsense. Even if there's a landslide victory by the Slightly More Adult Party in 2010, that's still a long time.

If the GOP has any brains, they'll find charismatic tea partiers, give them carte blanche, and run them against the worst of the Dems. I'm not optimistic, but one has to hold out a little hope.
