This is why I scoff at gun laws
CLEVELAND — The 17-year-old accused of killing James Rubin, 17, will be arraigned Tuesday by Juvenile Court Judge Peter Sikora. The case will then be sent to adult court, when The Plain Dealer will report the teen's name. James R. Rubin, of East 101st Street, was shot in the head about 6:20 p.m. March 17 while walking in the 6700 block of Bayliss Avenue. Witnesses told police that multiple shots were fired from a moving car. One witness said the shooting was gang related. James died the next day. The suspect was arrested at 11:30 p.m. March 17 in the 900 block of Maud Avenue and charged with felonious assault, firing a gun and improperly handling a gun in a vehicle. He has a prior assault conviction.

Now, explain to me how requiring me to register my firearm, wait 3 days to take possession of, limiting my magazine capacity, or restricting the caliber I can use would have stopped this kid from killing?
Option #1 up there is the ultimate law. If you are willing to murder another human being without cause, then what additional law would be too much for you to consider breaking?????
This is why gun control fails. It has no effect on those willing to break the highest laws of the land.
