SAN FRANCISCO—A new school safety survey shows nearly 900 San Francisco middle and high school students carried a gun to school at least once last year.

What part of GUN FREE ZONE don't these kids understand????? Don't make me come down there and make it more illegaler or increase the size of the signs because then you'd really be close to possibly getting in trouble!

Don't believe everything you read. This was SURVEY DATA, with students filling out the forms. If there were 900 arrests for students with guns in schools last year, I'd believe it.

As I recall, back when I was in 9th grade and the drug surveys were handed out, most boys of my acquaintance suddenly became drug-abusing maniacs, who chewed crystal meth to start the day, smoked PCP & hash laced weed 18 times a week, especially during lunch at school, shot heroin into their eyeballs on weekends, snorted heroin off their girlfriends' breasts to fall asleep at night, and killed kittens by biting their heads off just to drink their blood while it was warm. And except for Timmy, this was just not true....

So I think it safe to say that there are fewer guns in school than the survey indicates. However, there are still a few good kids out there willing to screw with the adults' sense of security.

I still think the survey results are Unpossible.
I just don't believe there are 900 children in San Francisco.

This is clearly due to the flow of ILLEGAL! WEAPONS OF WAR! flowing unchecked through an IRON PIPELINE of DEATH from neighboring WILD WEST states like Nevada and Arizona. Or something like that.

Windy: San Francisco is chock-full of children, many of them in city government and business positions. Schools? Apparently not so much.
