In that land that used to be England
It seems that the cops in the UK are looking at profiles in Facebook and other popular Internet sites. If they see a picture of someone posing with a knife, a picture taken in a public place, then they go arrest the miscreant.
If things really get bad here in the US, I'm moving to England and becoming a thief and a crook. It's easier to live there as one of the bad guys than it is to be a law abiding citizen.
Maybe we should all put up fake Facebook accounts with pictures of us holding weaponry. Give the bobbies something to do as they sift through the signal to noise ratio.
