From Jeff, we get a little insight on the "Ammunition Accountability Act" from Alan Scholl

Reloading (re-using cartridge cases multiple times) would be abolished. There would be no way to correspond serial numbers on cartridge cases, and different sets and quantities of bullets.

Sorry, won't do it. I'll continue to manufacture my own ammunition, even if some group declares it a no-no. Even if it means learning the difficult process to manufacture smokeless powder.

In a way, I'm hoping they really push for this shit. It would prove to be disastrous at the polls and I highly doubt it would actually pass anyway. The flip side is what do you replace them with? The Republicans? Great... so we don't get ammo accountability but they'll require dick control (can't have your naughty bits in the wrong orifice now can we?) and want to listen into all your phone conversations with Grandma to make sure you're not talking 'terrorist'.
