So, I've been eating oatmeal every morning, Cheerio's at night, avoiding deep fried foods, and drinking some plant extract crap that's supposed to actively remove cholesterol.
In about 3 months, my cholesterol level has gone from 218 to 196.
I'm now accustomed to my new diet so maintaining it shouldn't be a problem. I still get to eat 5 Guys burgers every here and there as well as wings and pizza, I'm just more cautious about eating them all the time. And I like Cheerio's, so that's not a problem.
The plant sterol drinks though will have to go. Damned things are expensive.
