What I'd love to find in my gun stocking

Guns. Lots of Guns.

Other gunnies are talking about the 5 things they want for Christmas from Gun-Santa. I've been a really bad boy this year so I'm not even getting a lump of coal, but if I were to get a chance to sit on St. Nick's lap, this is what I'd request

A nice gun safe that's fireproof. The cheap ones only deter the really stupid criminals and in case of a fire, only leave a nice molten lump to remind you where you should have had a quality safe.
A Knox SPECOPS Stock from Blackhawk. A 12 gauge is brutal to shoot, especially for the Mrs. and one of these would help reduce recoil tremendously.
A Trijicon ACOG. If I'm going to ask for stuff, might as well ask for the sky.
~~World Peace~~ Either a Dan Wesson Commander CLS Bobtail or Kimber Eclipse Custom II / Stainless Target II in 10mm (Still waiting for a 10mm offering from Para USA)
A membership to USPSA / IDPA

on the "world peace" level of things:
sensible gun ownership laws in Australia, specifically:
- removal of barrel length restrictions
- removal of requirement to licence every firearm
- removal of minimum shoot requirements for handguns
- ability to carry

on the "it's just money" level of things:
- new range bag (www.dawson-trading.com/CED%20Bags.htm)
- peltor ear muffs
- oakley tinted glasses
- chrono (seeing as no one i know has one)

So do I. Anyways, here's the actual list of stocking stuffers I'd like.

A Colt LE6921
A Colt Delta Elite (to replace the Kimber)
One of those Barrett package deals with the M107, the goodies to keep it running, and the coupon for the free long distance shooting class (I'm going to need a bigger stocking)
A Sig 556 SWAT
And a coupon for 10 free classes at Gunsite since I live near there now

Hmm.... Well, as long as I'm dreaming:

1) a basic, but good quality, 1911, with 2 spare mags
2) a Ruger LCP with a spare mag
3) holsters (IWB for both, and an ankle holster for the LCP)
4) an M1 Garand, with a dozen clips and bayonet
5) 2000 rounds for each of my guns

It would be nice.

A scope for my PTR-91 would be really cool. BTW, Robb, the Dan Wesson Razorback is a very nice 10mm 1911 as well.

I'd like the SpecOps stock for the 590 to be available before mid-freakin' January...

BTW, if you have your C&R license, you can get a substantial discount off the SpecOps stock from MidwayUSA. It actually pays for the C&R license all by itself...

That reminds me, I need to send my C&R in to places like Midway, Brownells, etc.

Regarding that stock... it might help your shoulder, but you will undoubtedly get strange looks at the trap range. That is, of course, if you would ever come to the trap range.

Wierd suggestion: go through the local business directories (Yellow Pages) and ask locksmiths about old (scrap) full-size business safes.

When I bought a house a while back, the pevious owners tried to sell the safe in the basement to me. I refused, but they left it when they found it would cost about $200 to move it. Just over six feet tall, [re]moveable shelves, rated six hours at 2000 degrees (well, originally, at seventy years old maybe not - but with so much overkill, still good for a house fire). If any locksmith has one I'm sure the firm would be delighted to get rid of it. And you or a friend could make racks for the inside for long guns, pistols, ammo...

Danno beat me to it, #5 on his list would probably be #1 on mine. as for the other four?
2. Ruger Mk 2 (or 3), or possibly a Browning Buck Mark for teaching newbie friends to shoot. Plus, they are some of the funnest and cheapest guns to shoot.
3. Good safe, like the one you describe. Teqjack: THANX for the suggestion, I will definitely be trying that.
4. A real, Russian, milled-receiver AK-47, just because the antis don't like them, and I do.
5. Several tons of ammunition.
