So, the eldest of the crotch-fruit had her Fall Festival on Friday which was a lot of fun. It was held at the local high school's football field, so being a school function on school grounds, it would have been illegal for me to carry my concealed firearm (my father the cop, however was under no such restrictions).
So, assuming I was a law abiding gun owner and disarmed, how exactly did that make those kids any safer? I tried to look for the invisible force field that kept the criminals out as well as that imaginary line that, once crossed, causes gun owners to turn homicidal and start shooting when some other kid cut in front of theirs in the face painting line. I couldn't find them.
