If you're in my age range, you might remember the big hit of Hypercolor T-Shirts. I had one myself and I loved it. It was like a tie-dyed shirt that was constantly changing. I was reading something somewhere and it brought back memories (in fact, I actually signed up for the Marines wearing my Hypercolor shirt!)

I remember one girl in high school, though who had one that was black, but turned pink when hot. I remember it clearly because she only ever had two, large pink spots on her shirt at any time, conveniently located on the upper portion of her torso.

When you're 16 or 17, tight shirts were bad enough, but when shirts screamed "LOOK! BOOBIES!" it tends sear itself into your hormone fueled memory.
