While this article is trying to help, it confuses one for the other, thoroughly confusing the issue.
In the comments, you have a lawyer already trying to figure out how much money can be made off of it, someone clucking that the next mass murderer is going to use this loophole to kill lots of people, and the requisite "I don’t get the “thrill” one receives from guns." spiel as well. Lady, I don't understand the "thrill" a man gets from letting another male mount him and ride him like a cheap roller coaster at Disney, but you don't see me trying to regulate them, do you?
