I made a friend today

At the match, this little fellow decided to make himself acquainted with my shirt at high velocity.

I was at least 30 yards from the steel plate as well. Just goes to show you how important safety is on the range.

Wait 'til one sticks in ya. I've had lead stick in my head, jacket material in my arm and complete bullets fall from the sky, landing next to me at USPSA matches.

Shooting matches are fun, just remember your eyes and ears.

At Guns of August, I got zinged in the lip. Swelled up pretty good, first time I ever got a bruise on my lip.

CGB, that's jacket. I could find full jackets everywhere. Several others got sprayed too.

i took a .40 jacket to my upper thigh about 4 inches left of my zipper at my last plate match...

damn i was glad i was wearing thick pants and not standing 4 inches to the left
