Well, Breda may be _this_ world's most dangerous reference librarian, but she ain't near the stone-cold killer Adele Mundy is, in David Drake's books.

Adele really does try to avoid killing people, because she would like to sleep at night, but yahoos who need killin' keep obtruding upon her.
