But are you aware of the sheer number of unlicensed food preparation facilities in the US?

Every day, hundreds of millions of "back door restaurants" prepare and serve food without any governmental oversight!! Think about it! Your children eat at places that have no regulations on cleanliness, no standards on food preparation or handling, no available documentation of nutritional content and questionable sanitation practices. I hear some of these places even use transfats!

I say it's time to enact legislation and close the "restaurant loophole" once and for all. Think of it as Common Sense Kitchen Control.
